Further to our earlier conversation, I am writing to give you feedback regarding our recent trip to the Almerimar 4 star hotel.
Our initial thoughts were that the hotel itself looks a little tired and we standby that. However, the hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was always fresh and tasty and the overall service was excellent. We also thought it was going to be a hassle getting to the golf course but the staff could not be more helpful in arranging the transportation, which was always very timely. In summary, our experience of the Almerimar 4 star hotel was a very positive one.
I think it is important for potential customers to be aware, there is also an Almerimar 5 star hotel, a short distance away and unfortunately, when I was booking the holiday, I was looking at the wrong website, so had a false impression of what to expect but that does not detract from the fact we had a brilliant holiday.
