Thank you for setting this golf-break for us. The hotel was clean, room large enough for two and very comfortable 4*. The Breakfast has a very good and large selection of food, omelettes and fried eggs on demand.
The timing of the tee-off was on time and the buggies worked fine. The 2 courses were very challenging and technical to play and the wind didn’t make it any easier. We all enjoyed Melia Golf.
Bonalba golf was a completely different experience. We arrived half an hour before the tee-off, to be told the buggies were not ready and it would take 1 hour to get all 8 players off. There was no driving range or they said it was full, and suggested we use the 2 practice nets to warm up LOL ! There was a surprise when they asked us to pay 1€ 50 each for insurance….? we didn’t know about it, we thought everything was paid. So the first 4 players went out half hour late, in the slowest buggies in the world. The second four half hour after as they were waiting for the buggies.. The second team had to change their buggies on the second hole, as the buggies were exhausted. When we had finished the restaurant was closed, just drinks…….Not a great experience and we would never play there again.
