Son Gual

Golf Son Gual, ideally located not far from the airport and within easy access to the islands most popular hotels and golf resorts just west of Palma is one of the newest and most desirable golf courses in Mallorca. The 18-hole, par-70 Parkland layout was designed by German Amateur legend Thomas Himmel and features bent grass on the large tees and billiard-table greens. Its captivating design offers one of the finest collections of par 3’s in Europe. Golf Son Gual is well thought out and incredibly challenging. Laid out in two very distinctive halves, the front nine running along the extremity of the estate, with the second encompassed within its centre making the best possible use of the 156-hectares of gently rolling Mallorca landscape. Harmoniously dispersed throughout the course are 66 strategically placed bunkers, more than 1,000 olive trees, enticing water hazards, neighbouring fields of colourful wild flowers and Son Gual’s own perfectly tended vineyards, making it one of the most spectacular golf courses in Mallorca.
