The 4* Meldrum House Country Hotel and Golf Course is found within a 240-acre estate in Aberdeenshire. The country house dates back to the 13^th century. The hotel offers 51 bedrooms, some with fantastic views of the golf course and the surrounding countryside.

Accommodation at Meldrum House are varied. The Manor House has 10 bedrooms; each room is unique in design but with including historic artefacts connected with Meldrum through the centuries. These luxurious rooms all have parkland and golf course views.

The Estate Wing, which was opened by Sir Alex Ferguson in 2016, includes deluxe superior and guestrooms. Décor is warm but with a modern touch.

The Stables are adjacent to the Manor House and offer 13 rooms, all a generous size and with a mix of modern and traditional style: soft furnishing but some including traditional beams, all with contemporary bathrooms.

The Chain Lodge is situated at the beginning of the driveway to the hotel. These 5 x ensuite bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 guests and include lounge, kitchen, and dining room. Options of dining at the Lodge, with dinner bought personally from the hotel chefs. Ideal for those who wish to relax after a day’s golf and dining in the comfort of their accommodation.

For restaurant dining, guests can enjoy a choice between the award-winning Pineapple Grill and Seafood, 1236 @ The Cave Bar and ultimately experience dining under the stars in the hotel’s Dome Dining pods. There is also the club house that offers casual dining with views over the 1^st, 17^th, and 18^th holes. Afternoon tea can be taken in the Drawing Room by the fire or in a turret of the Cave Bar.

THE KNIGHTS GOLF COURSE

Rated one of the finest parkland courses in Scotland. The hotel is centre to the golf course, which hugs around the resort. With a choice of 5 tee positions at each hotel, this course is ideal for every level of golfer. For practice at Meldrum House, the facilities extend to 24 acres, including target greens, short game area and driving range.
