Only 10 minutes’ drive from the historic town of Lorca and the beaches of Águilas in the Murcia Region, Lorca Golf Course can be seen outlined in the middle of woodlands. The 18-hole, par 71 course was designed by Dave Thomas and was officially inaugurated in October 2011. The undulating greens and bunkers that are strategically placed enables the golfer an entertaining and exciting game for each hole played. As Lorca Golf Course is situated in the southern Mediterranean region of Spain, then sunshine is pretty much always there, around 3000 hours per year.
The golf course also offers a club house, Pro-shop, training school, driving range, putting, and chipping green. The resort’s restaurant combines traditional Spanish tapas with international food, offering great recipes to enjoy before or after a game of golf.
