This delightful 18 hole golf course, it was designed by Dave Thomas, and boasts 22 lakes and over 25,000 palm trees, along with bunkers of marble sand and huge greens, it is an enjoyable challenge on its varied terrain. This amazing course reaches a low point of 78 metres above sea level and reaches a staggering high point of 315 metres. The views to the Atlantic Ocean out over the horizon, can be enjoyed all year round. Hole 10 par-5 at a height of 480 metres - a left dogleg - protected by the course boundaries on the right and by a series of lakes on the left with an impressive view of the Abama Gran Hotel, the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera, is without a doubt the “signature hole” of Abama.
