Atlantic Beach Golf Course

The Atlantic Beach Golf Course is a links course in the tradition of fabled courses such as St Andrews and Pebble Beach Golf Courses. Winding its way through the undulating dunes, and peppered with islands of Fynbos, the challenging (yet fair) course has been designed to be as enjoyable for the expert as it is for the weekend golfer.

Clovelly Country Club

Nestled in the pristine and tranquil Silvermine Valley close to Fish Hoek in Cape Town lies Clovelly Country Club. Clovelly ranks as one of the finest courses in the Cape Peninsula. Clovelly was designed by Dr Charles Molteno Murray, one of the best known golf architects of his day and advocate Bobby Lewin was responsible for much of the magnificent landscaping. Together they produced one of Southern Africa's most picturesque and challenging courses.

Belville Golf Club

The 18 hole Belville golf course, situated in the affluent suburb of Welgemoed, is set in a sheltered valley of rolling hills with panoramic views of the Hottentots Holland mountains in the distance. The Belville Golf course offers you a challenging round of golf yet still caters for golfers of all levels of expertise. The course is well bunkered, well watered and has 5 water holes.

Durbanville Golf Course

The Durbanville Golf Club began in 1971 on a course with very little grass, clay soil, a gravel car-park and no clubhouse. The course and the Club had been conceived by local amateur enthusiasts and approved by the community at a meeting at the Town Hall. The original layout was designed by Ken Elkin. The Durbanville Golf Club has come a long way since those early days. It is located in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, just a 30 km drive or 25 minutes from Cape Town on the N1 freeway.

Erinvale Golf Course

The first nine holes of the Ernvale Golf Course are on the low, flat part of the estate and the second nine are on high, undulating ground. This will give you two different feels, but there remains a common thread – that is the standard of the superbly shaped greens, with truly consistent putting surfaces. The 1st hole, a dogleg right epitomises the Erinvale experience. You can choose a safe line straight off the tee leaving a long second to an elevated green well protected by bunkers and water to the right. The more ambitious will cut the corner with their drive. This requires a carry over water and a ditch, as well as the avoidance of trees. The reward is a short iron to a difficult target. Erinvale Golf hosted the 1996 World Cup of Golf, where thirty-two participating nations competed.

King David Golf Course

The King David golf course which is situated just 15 minutes outside of Cape Town has a scenic background of Table mountain and Devil's Peak. This course is one of Cape Town's best kept secrets which is known for staying firm during the wet winter months and for being sheltered from the strong south-easterly wind which makes it perfect as a “course for all seasons”. The King David golf course which was designed by the late Bob Grimsdell, one of South Africa's leading golf course architects,is rated amongst the best designed golf courses in South Africa.

Royal Cape Golf Club

Royal Cape Golf Course, Wynberg, Cape Town / Founded in 1885, the Royal Cape Golf Club is South Africa’s oldest and most exclusive club featuring a course with narrow fairways lined by trees. The Royal Cape Golf Club is in the southern suburbs of Cape Town, a 15 minute drive from the city centre and from Cape Town International Airport. A true championship course, having hosted the South African Open eleven times and the South African Amateur Championships eight times, it has recently undertaken a reconstruction programme of all eighteen greens strictly to the specifications of the United States Golf Association.
