Well what a fantastic golf tour to Portugal !
The drivers on the minibuses were very smart in their uniforms and could not be more accommodating to our needs. The Hotel was lovely and staff very pleasant. The four golf courses were first class. Overall the fifteen other golfers could not thank me enough for everything and as I explained to them it was all down to you and your company.

Firstly my thanks to you and Direct Golf Holidays for all your help in arranging our golf trip to Benidorm we had a grate time, the bus company was always on time and the driver was very good, Hotel was also good, within walking distance to the main centre along with good standard of food. Golf in Real - de - Faula was V good, Alicante Golf Course was fantastic the staff well what can I say they where second to none and the course was in excellent condition. Well we are back in the UK, more Knackered than when we left. Thanks for organizing everything, the Hotel was at the top end of 3 star ,we even ate in on three nights , a first in 10 years boys golf. The beach and nightlife only a 10 min walk. All 4 courses were within 15 minutes drive, only Amirilla was a bit like a building site but they did give us free buggies.

Got home on Saturday and wanted to thank you for putting together a great golf vacation. You are right, San Roque was beautiful. So were all the courses. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived in Malaga with a large van and trailer attached, plenty of room for all of us. He was a delightful fellow. The cars were delivered on time and just the right size. The hotel was nice and the breakfast better than we had expected.

In relation to "any comments in which to improve your services" - I am at a loss. From the very first contact your service has been impeccable. You very quickly picked up on what I wanted, your attention to detail was beyond reproach, responses were by return and nothing seemed too much trouble despite my asking for a number of changes. If the holiday goes as well as the arrangements to date it will be marvellous. (And you have my permission to quote this!) Back home after an excellent week of golf in Vilamoura.

Airport: Everything according to plan - met and transferred on time
Hotel: No complaints whatsoever. Senior suite very good value. Pity about the "small" balcony it only measured 30 feet by 40 feet!!! We could have had a game of 5-a side on it!
Courses: Played Victoria for the first time and will definitely do it again.

Just to let you know how we got on in Portugal, we cannot thank you enough, the trip was excellent the hotel was 1st class the location was great the rooms were great we had 2 story apartments which slept 4 of us so you can imagine how much sleep was had, the golf courses were in brilliant condition but the golfing was a little below par. All in all we had a great time and all the lads were over the moon with just about everything hope to speak to you again if we decide to book another trip next year once again thanks, Sean
