The newly opened Dos Alamos 18 hole executive course is destined to become one of the Algarve’s golfing gems. This is a course to test every golfer, irrespective of handicap. Tee to green distances on the course range from 67 metres to 160 metres. The Undulating fairways are tighter than its sister course ‘Golfe do Morgado’ with trees much more likely to come into play. The greens are smaller and have more testing slopes compared with Morgado. Dos Alamos is also shorter and has half the number of bunkers, but is protected by the tight tree lined fairways and the quick greens. Amenities include a 60 base driving range, managed by a well known international Pro, covered bays for all-weather lessons or practice, practice bunkers, chipping and putting greens.
