Thanks for the putting together a great trip for us. We thoroughly enyed it and we will be returning for more trips in the future. Nice to play Cima again and Ria was great too, however the highlight was Monte Rei. This place takes first prize for customer care and set up really amazing - definitely worth revisiting. Meet and greet, unlimited balls for practice, 15 minutes between tee times...
 
One bit of feedback for instructions: a lot of the car hire companies are no longer in the arrivals hall. Here's what you do:
enter arrivals hall, turn left and walk up to exit the building by turning right at the Pharmacy. Cross the road and walk through the first car park and you will see a white structure (I can only describe this as looking like one of those plastic garden gazebos, but larger and made of concrete.)
In there are the reps for the car hire companies. 
other than that everything went smoothly apart from poor old Colin who would have loved Monte Rei

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you for the wonderful job you did organizing this trip. The hotel was beautiful, and the golf was incredible. Our only issue with the rental car. It was really quite small for 4 golfers, but we made it work. During our stay, the weather was beautiful and the service at the facility really was second to none!

We had a great time in Krakow, Adam and Natalia could not have been more helpful and attentive and I would certainly recommend them for any other trips.  I can honestly say that we have never experienced such service on any other golf trip.  On the golf courses I would probably stick to the Valley course as it’s far superior to the Krakow Royal.

A note to say thanks very much for arranging the golfing holiday for us this year. We had a fabulous time. Rep was there to meet us and was very efficient, as was the hire car agent; we must have been away to the hotel no more than 45 minutes after landing.
Hotel was absolutely fine - not looking for 5 star, just somewhere to rest the head and have breakfast, but the golf courses were superb. Seve has created a real tester at Quinto do Vale  stacks of water and lots of wind! but a great course. Benamar was very tight, but I didn't mind as I won that day with 36 points. Finally Quinto da Cima was a gem; with Quinto da Ria right alongside closed for top dressing (before it gets hot they said - temp was 21C!!)
General consensus was that we will return there next year when Ria is open

We arrived back from our Alicante golf trip last night.  Just thought i'd drop you a line to let you know that everyone had a fantastic time. The hotel was beautiful, the golf course was absolutely superb...(though rather on the difficult side for most of the higher handicappers) and the weather was glorious.

Angel Tours transfers were very good and all just seemed very well organised and totally hassle free.

Thought I'd drop you a line to say we had a great holiday. There were no issues at all with the holiday rep, the hotel, transfers and the golf. We would all like to thank you for the five tickets for the Portugese masters which we all really enjoyed and thought it was a nice touch.
The only thing we could fault was the fact we played the same 18 holes 3 times at Vila Sol and not the whole 27 as asked for. But saying that we had such a good time and enjoyed the course so much we are looking at doing the same holiday next year again.

All the lads thoroughly enjoyed the trip which was made so much easier by the prompt and efficient service of the transfer company who did a grand job.

 

Hotel was great and thanks for the nice touch of the champagne on Friday (if that had anything to do with you), much appreciated.

 

Golf courses were in good nick especially Finca Cortesin, what a fab place that is!! i'd definetely recommened that to any of your future clients the place was terrific, good course and great staff. Don't know what the cost of that days play was but it was definetely worth it.

 

So thanks again Diane and hopefully we can do business again some time.

Just writing to you to congratulate Direct Golf Holidays on making Martin's Golf Society's first golf trip away a very memorable experience.

 

We had 17 golfers present and all expressed their complete satisfaction with the entire golf trip.

Direct Golf Holidays organisation of the transfers, golf club hire and choice of golf clubs were all excellent.

 

The apartment complex was of a very high standard and was an excellent choice.

The transfers went very smoothly.The drivers were on time and were very polite.

Hi Diane,

Just writing to let you know how much the lads enjoyed the holiday.
 
Hotel went down a treat. rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels in place.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was to much to ask.
 
Bus transfers were all prompt with times, never once was the bus late. Apart from having a little detour on our first days golf, bus service was great.
 
Golf courses were excellent, especially the Son Vida golf course. The scenery and set up of the whole course was breath taking. The GPS system on the buggies was a touch of class something that was new to all the lads and will be talked about for months to come.
 
I would like to thank you from all the lads in our group for a wonderful break and hopefully next year we can do business with you again but in a different location.

Seville was a great success.  Beautiful city, and happy with hotel.  The golf clubs were spot on, Club Real de Seville particularly, warm, friendly and welcoming.  Next time will play there a couple of times.  That is not to say that club Zaudin was not up to scratch, just a different feel.

Everything went absolutely superbly, from the moment we touched down in Faro until the time we landed back in Manchester.  Our only delay was a short wait for our luggage and golf clubs at the carousel, and we were greeted at the airport as promised.  Our journey to Albufeira was only about half as long as we expected, taking approximately 25 - 30 minutes, and hotel check-in was very rapid.

The hotel was very much fit-for-purpose, with the additional facility of fridge, toaster etc. being put to good use by us all by way of popping along to the local supermarket on a daily basis to make up sandwiches / rolls for snacking on the golf course ( saving us plenty of euros ).  The location of the hotel was ideal for us, allowing us to stroll down to the old town for breakfast and also take a 10 minute walk up to "the strip" of a night time.

All-in-all we were very impressed with Portugal in comparison with Spain ( where we'd been for the previous 6 or 7 years ) - it was far more busy given that it was the same time of year, and has made our minds up ( en bloc ) certainly for next September and probably for many years to come.

Well what a fantastic golf tour to Portugal.
 
The drivers on the minibuses were very smart in there uniforms and could not be more accommadating to our needs.
 
The Hotel was lovely and staff very pleasant.
 
The four golf courses were first class.
 
Overall the fifteen other golfers could not thank me enough for everything and as I explained to them it was all down to you and your company.
 
The general concensus was that we will be going abroad again next year but will will leave it a couple of months before we meet and discuss where and when for next year.

Hotel was also good, within walking distance to the main centre along with good standard of food.

Alicante Golf Course was fantastic the staff well what can I say they where second to none and the course was in excellent condition we only managed to play 9 holes as the rain was bad.

Well we are back in the UK ,more Knackerd than when we left.

 

Thanks for organizing everything, the Hotel was  at the top end of 3 star ,we even ate in on three nights , a first in 10 years boys golf.

 

The beach and nightlife only a 10 min walk.

 

All 4 courses were within 15 minutes drive , only Amirilla was a bit like a building site but they did give us free buggies.
